Permanently delete your Onourem account:

(Android & iOS)

When you delete your account, content that you created or uploaded on Onourem including text, photos, videos, comments, likes, and followers, will be permanently removed from our platform.

Upon deleting your account, your public profile will be immediately deactivated. The complete deletion of your account will occur within 48 hours and cannot be reversed.

For security purposes, we are unable to delete an account on your behalf. To request deletion, you must log in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, you can initiate the password recovery process, and our system will send you an email with a temporary password.

Once your account has been successfully deleted, you will no longer have access to any data associated with Onourem.

To permanently delete your account(Android & iOS):

1. Tap Menu in the bottom right corner, then tap Settings.

2. Tap Delete Account, then tap Delete Account at bottom.

3. To confirm your choice, tap OK on the alert pop up box.

Note: Once your account has been deleted, you have the option to either sign up again using the same username or assign that username to another account, provided it hasn't been claimed by another user on Onourem.

After submitting a request to delete your account, it will take approximately 2 days for the deletion process to be completed. During this period, your account and all associated information will be permanently removed, and it will not be possible to recover any of your data. Throughout these 2 days, the content remains subject to Onourem's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and it will not be accessible to other users on the platform.

Please note that the deletion process may take up to 15 days to be fully finalized from the moment it is initiated. Even after this timeframe, there is a possibility that copies of your content may still exist in our backup storage, which is used for disaster recovery, software errors, or other data loss incidents. Additionally, we may retain your information for purposes such as legal obligations, addressing terms violations, or ensuring the safety and security of our platform.
